To change the world you need to be completely dedicated to your cause and actually want to help, actually want to make a difference. There are so many things that can be done to help people. You can give them better medicine, a better education, better homes, better living conditions, help them in things that others might take for granted. To do this though you need to focus on your education, on the subject that you feel that you can help them with, because if you don't know what you are doing then you can't help them live better can you?
I do want to help people, I'm not sure how yet, but I want to make a difference. I want to give people the same opportunities that I have-maybe even better- because they are the same as us, they haven't done anything wrong so why should they have to suffer more than we do?
I don't know yet what i will be doing to help people but i do know that i will become an engineer to learn how to build things. Hopefully a certain felid within engineering will call my interest and i will be able to build homes, or arms and legs, that will help those that live in bad conditions. That will make their lives a little better or easier. Hopefully, in the future, I also have that dedication needed to stick to my project.

The Future
I think that in the future, seeing as how we are producing a lot of pollution into our environment, that our earth will be destroyed. I think that metropolis is on to something, in the future we will be turned underground because of the toxic fumes we are putting into our environment with pollution or, like in movies, we will go into outer space.
Because of all the pollution humans ourselves will be affected genetically and we will evolve into something else, we will mutate. We will grow more arms, or legs, or bigger heads. We will be completely different then we are today. Maybe we will become more powerful and more resistant to certain products of nature, like heat and cold, to resist the change that will come to earth because of pollution. We might go to another planet where our change will be the most obvious and maybe we will become the aliens that we have been imagining for years.
Of course if we don't ruin the earth we will evolve technologically and we will have certain advancements, if we don't waste all our natural resources, like micro chips in the brain to have unlimited supply of information. Or maybe teleportations to travel form one place to another faster, like a city or country. We will even be able to make machines or, genetically enhance ourselves, to become faster and stronger. Thats what I think will happen in the future.

The Time I Laughed Really Hard
There are many times I've laughed before, where I've laughed so hard my side has hurt and I was out of breath. To be sincere I don’t really remember many of the occasions that led up to those laughs. I really just mostly remember the feeling of laughing until I’m gasping for breath.
There is one occasion I remember of laughing hard, it isn't the funniest, but it’s the only one I remember at this moment, probably because its one of the earliest memories I have of my family. When I was younger we had traveled to see my family a lot, the first time I remember meeting them I was around four years old.
We had been at my grandfather’s farm and there was a party to celebrate our arrival. I remember the adults dancing on the porch, it had rained the day before and the ground under the porch was mud. I think it was maybe really funny to me at that time because of my age but one of my uncles, who was already a little drunk had danced too close to the edge and had tripped off the porch. I remember seeing him reach forward and grab an aunt and then she grabbed the person next to her and on and on until some five people had been pulled of the porch and had landed in the mud. The kids had all laughed and ran forward to pelt them with mud it was really funny actually then to see them all on the ground, wet and dirty, but i really think the funniest thing was my uncles laugh. His laugh is one of those that makes you laugh along instantly and i think that was what had most of us laughing in that moment.
Modern Times
Charlie Chaplin's movie, Modern Times, is a representation of the harshness of life and the sadness that comes with hopelessness. Especially the hopelessness that was existing at that time with the Great Depression. Charlie shows how hard it is for people of the working class and the struggles that they go tbrough, but at the same time he seems to tell them to continue living and to try to always be happy.
That is what I like about Chaplin, how he shows the real struggles of life of the people but at the same time shows the small miracles that can make their life worth while. The best thing is that Charlie knows what the people are going through because he experienced it himself. He doesn't have to imagine it, which means that he doesn't have to imagine what can make them happy. He doesn't have to guess what the people need to hear and see.
I like Chaplin because he honestly knows human life and he shows realistic dreams and seems to encourage you to follow them and always keep trying. Modern Times is one of the many movies that Chaplin tries to entertain us with but at the same time tries to use to inspire us. It is a great movie.

Bullying
I've never seen bullying, or experienced it, but I dont like it. I think bullying is wrong and isn't needed. Most people bully to feel better about themselves but they don't realize that they are hurting that person who they're making fun of. They don't know what problems that person can have at home and the bllying can actually be making their lives worse.
People don't realize how powerful words can be, how much someone can want acceptance from their peers and be irrevocably hurt when they are pushed away and ridiculed. Low self-esteem is something dangerous to have, it can lead to depression and that can lead to the person doing dangerous things to themselves.
Bullying can lead to a person doing self harm, drugs, and even suicide. Bullying can ruin someone's life and bullies don't realize that, don't realize that they can affect someone so much that it can be the difference between life or death. Any type of bullying is horrible, from verbal to physical to cyber. It doesn't matter how you feel, it doesn't matter if you want to feel better about yourself by running someone else, you shouldn't do it and that's final.

My Favorite Movie
There are many movies I like but my favorite is Letters to Juliet. I like the story and how an actual tradition in Italy, writing letters for advise on love and putting it on Juliet's wall, is used to incorporate the romance. I also like the whole story of an old love and the message it seems to convey, that as long as the love is true it can withstand even time. I also like how Sophie, the protagonist, seems to find love on the way even if she wasn't looking for it. Expressing that love comes unexpectedly.
I also like the different scenes in the movie of Italy- which is one of the first countries i would like to visit- of the countryside and towns, all looking very beautiful. I liked the actors and the music and the plot and i think it was a very good movie. Not too romantic but enough to make you smile at the end. It maybe a little too cliche for some people, or it might seem boring with not enough romance, but i liked the movie. It seemed inspiring to me and simple, good entertainment.
